My Future as a Missionary

I believe that if God puts passions in our hearts we should follow them. My burning passion is to save, help, and love the women and children in the world. I want to go to Cambodia and council the girls and women who have been hurt by the Sex Slavery epidemic, when you can buy a child for less then you can buy a cow, there is a problem. I hope to attend University of Illinois Chicago and major in either Sociology and/or counseling and from there or before there, i hope to follow where ever god… Continue

Peices of my life #1

So if you had asked me what my life plans were just three months ago, i would simply reply "to get out of my small town as fast as i can, to leave everything behind missing only my mother father and sister" my outlook is different on life now, i don't want a bigger life, a "happier" life a richer life. I want to do my best of situations i am put through, and the emotions i feel.

I was Adopted by two amazing people when i was four days old, the knowledge of my adoptive parents wanting… Continue

Hey Hanna,
my name is Ivan from Australia and I am a missionary my area is Philippines where i am currently setting up an orphanage.
This is the right place for you to meet people who can help you with your desire to become a missionary,as many go out from this group all over the world.
So keep in touch!
I have a gifting in the prophetic, which simply means that the Lord usues me to pass on messages from Him.
He speaks to me about you and this is what He says to you.
Though you were clocked in orange a new color shall come upon you,the color of blue, which sahll transfrom you and take you to where i need you to be
be assured that all is in readiness, and know this that i am in control, and i have called you and in missions you shall go,and shall have a calling to reach out to the youth, for there is much you want to say,but have not been able to say,and in time i will release you to speak for Me.Do what you have to do first, but always put Me in the center of the things you do from now on!
Be Blessed little one

Hey Hannah again, just read your letter re colours, yes colours do play a part in our life, thought not to all, what do they mean? For you the Lord is explaining about where you were and where you are about to go in Him.Remember the rainbow is made up of colours and the Lord destroyed all who failed to beleive in Him and only Noah's family were saved but the Lord said He would never do that agin and the rainbow was the reminder of that!Orange is not a bd colour by the way,it is from God after all so how can it be bad ah?It is justa passing from one to another, and blue represents the Holy Spirit and so this is important for you coz here the Lord is saying He alone will guide you and use you,wow how awesom eis that and how awesome is our God?And I feel so blessed that He uses me like this although I did try to denounce it,I never wanted this anointing of prophetic words, but the Lord just sent more and morer messages and even people from America to let me know he was gojg to have His way with me whether i wanted it or not,so i now accept it and hope to bless others with this. Why did i not want it?Well i don't want to be tagged with anything,I'm just simple old me,I'm truly no-one special i jnust love helping people, and my reward is seeing or knowing they are happy!
Anyway littleone as the Lord calls you,and that is not putting you down by the way!Guess what you and i have something in common I to was adopted yeah way cool!My parents are so good and so happy with what i am doing and I met my blood mumbut not Dad but the Lord led me to them and I spoke to my dad before he passed away how cool is our God ah?I tried for years to find them, then one day He just showed Me how to find them!Only He can do that !
I was six years old when I was adopted, and when I retunred after many years it was then an army training place and i had just got out of the army and was a trainer myself, how's that for coincedence ah?
Take care Hannah and know God has a plan for you!

Hi, Hannah:
I'm Xiuli, working with John and Zack for this China trip in the summer. I really hope you can go this time with us...this is really important trip for us since this is our first time to China. As you know, China is not open to any religions, so we have to go as Culture Exchange Students...and will do in-direct mission with their Youth and Kids and Family. So far, we have 4 guys committed to go...we really need girls who are still in the High School to come with us since we promoted to China school there are some students come with us in the trip...and Zack, John,Becky and Andrew already designed some fun and educational programs for our China trip....This trip is really special to us and the world since China is becoming a powerful country in the world.....

I will pray and hope you can join our board....thanks!

wow so nice to read about your mission trip to Kasova!
I f I could advice you on a subject that you should do,it would be counselling, this will open you up so much to the word from God,and it really is needed in missions especially if you plan to work with the group you have sstated in Camodia, you need to be able to listen and give both at the same time, and it really takes a lot out of you,and you have to learn not to take home their problems with you, very hard to do,but to survive and work well in this area you must do this. This course will help you so much, and you will be equipped to help them, whereas those who have no background in counselling it is so hard to understanmd them, and then come up with the righyt words to get them to that healing place which of course is in God!
God Bless you my missionary friend!
